Sta' Phocused Productions, Inc. is a Chicago Based video production company specializing in live events, television programming, and film production.

SPP is dedicated to all aspects of film/video, and live entertainment production.

Sta Phocused Productions was founded by Lathea S. Smyles one of the leading Executive Producers and Producers in the Greater Chicago Market in live entertainment and broadcast productions. Smyles’ dozen years of experience comprise the full spectrum of Television Production as well as Live Event Production. Smyles has received an Emmy-nod for her production of Today’s Healthy Woman for the Comcast Network and a Crystal Award for Film/Video/Multi-Media Production for an Aviation and Pilot Training Documentary.

As President and Chief Creative Officer of Sta Phocused Productions Inc., Smyles has projects that span major venues and broadcast programming throughout the nation. She is considered a premiere developer of innovative program formats that achieve desired results. Smyles holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television Production from Chicago’s prestigious Columbia College and is pursuing a Masters of Arts Entertainment and Media Management. She has also held affiliations with the National Association of Minorities in Cable and the National Association for Female Executives.
