• As a matter of strict policy, Sta Phocused productions. (“SPP”) employees, agents, representatives, officers and directors are not permitted to accept or consider unsolicited submissions, including, without limitation, submissions of ideas or concepts, articles, pitch documents, treatments and scripts. SPP’s policy is to delete or discard any such submissions without reading, forwarding, or responding to them. Therefore, any similarity between an unsolicited submission and any element in any SPP creative work would be purely coincidental.
  Based on this policy, SPP will not, and has no obligation to, treat any unsolicited submission as confidential or proprietary, and will incur no liability in the event that an unsolicited submission is inadvertently opened, read or responded to by a SPP employee or agent.
  Any submission, whether unsolicited or solicited by SPP shall become the property of SPP, in the absence of prior written agreement between the SPP and the submitting person or entity, and may be exploited in any way at SPP’s sole discretion. In such event, the submitting person or entity agrees that she/he is not entitled to any compensation, credit or notice whatsoever, and that by sending a solicited submission, he waives the right to make any claim against SPP, including without limitation, unfair competition, breach of contract or breach of confidentiality, unless otherwise agreed in a prior written agreement, if any.
